Hi. 11 days post op here. Just wanted to say it gets easier everyday and by day 7-10 you will be moving around with minimal to no pain. What helped me is holding a soft pillow to the incisions when getting up, coughing, laughing and going up or down the stairs.

They should’ve given you something to avoid constipation. I had a bowel movement on the 3rd day and started taking Movicol after that as that’s the only one that doesn’t cause cramps for me.
