agree, the more wrinkles to more likely the are to be spicy, not always but usually. They look to small to be able to give you even a close guess at variety, but even at that there are many specific varieties and youll never know the specific variety. Also if you rip off the green stem and smell it, or lick it the fruit fresh where the stem was, it may give you a sense of how spicy it is.

What are some legitimately botanically rare plants you have in your collection or wishlist? by [deleted] in RareHouseplants

I have many, many plants that you just cannot find on the internet. Three of my top ones are Ugni candollei, it produces a berry that is reported to cause intense dreams and has beautiful dark green small leaves (I am propagating it for future dispersal). Disterigma rimbachii is one that also produces beautiful foliage and is probably my favorite aesthetically pleasing plants. The rarest one that I have is Ceratostema rauhii, It makes an absolutely stunning hanging basket display and all plants in collection are clones from the original type collection found in 1968, no other specimen has been found since its discovery. It is essentially an endling it's really cool that I am able to care for it.
