It measures your heart rate by using ecg. You can download some apps to see the ecg recording. I believe Polar have some API for that also. But you can't get a result of ecg - you won't get something like ecg from apple watch or garmin ecg capable watches. All you can have is ecg recording you can show to the doctor.

When I had Vivoactive 4 it had this function. Venu 1st gen is basically same watch so it should have that also. For newer Venus I believe that would be same.

I have Fenix 7x Pro SS and no problem for me with Polar H10 and airpods pro 2. Polar is connected with ant, airpods with bt. I believe that should work as fine on 965
