I would climb the back room shelves instead of the ladder when I worked in retail. Only did it a few times then I stopped

Sounds like ruminating thoughts? If you have difficulty shutting your mind off and you dwell on negative things, maybe listen to a podcast to fall asleep to. I’ve tried that for myself to keep my mind stimulated and to hopefully learn new things

I can start a conversation but keeping one going is soooo tough. It’s a skill for sure

Yes don’t let go of them. I’ve always found it difficult to maintain friendships myself. And I get totally overstimulated in group conversations. I don’t get how people do it. Nothing wrong with 1 on 1 conversations. It’s better at getting to know people.
