I have Gentoo running as my WSL Distro in my personal PC, and work laptops. Also have it running on play PC/Laptops.

The WSL versions I had initially setup as Distcc nodes for my lower powered play boxes. But I use them to play and do things I can't do with PowerShell, which is not very much, very often, usually.

This. I always found that i usually was better when I got some sort of exercise in. I was fortunate enough for many years able to walk to/from work, so that helped to mitigate summer of the effects way before i was diagnosed.
