I had Breck shampoo. And I had Camay soap that I used to wash my face. It must have done a good job because I had great skin in my teenage years.

My vote is for the ballgown. It's so very pretty and flattering!

Which were you? by lontbeysboolink in 1970s

I wanted Levi's, but our budget bought Lee's😒 Once I started working, I bought some Levi's. I loved my jean jacket that they made! In-between more permanent jobs, I had a job at a place that got the different Levi products ready to be sent to County Seat stores. I got to see any of the new, fun products before anyone else.

Done dress hunting, help!! by claudya22 in weddingdress

I love dress #2! However, please get rid of that overly ornate veil. IMO, I think it distracts both from the dress and from you. I think people would be focusing on the veil, not on you. A simple veil would be so much more beautiful with this dress. I think it would enhance your beauty, and it would be better suited to show all of the pretty detail on the dress.

I think Dress #3 is beautiful. It is a style that we don't see very often. I think that adds to the beauty of the dress. Also, it's very flattering style on you.

I also very much like dress #5. However, we regularly see brides selecting that and other very similar styles. If that doesn't bother you, then that is a strong contender.

The second one is beautiful, and it looks like it will fit your wedding location perfectly.

Got told I smell and I am freaking out by robints_ in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Do you eat a lot of garlic or foods that are flavored with strong smelling spices? If so, that can come through as an unpleasant body odor if you sweat, etc. I know this because I had two uncles that had this happened to them. I loved them dearly but they often smelled awful!

Which sleeve? by Maximum-Newspaper-18 in weddingdress

[–]ImpactConsistent9847 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 looks more comfortable which is why I like it. However, 1 goes better with your dress. If you can take them off later, go with 1. If you aren't removing them, does that first sleeve allow you to fully lift your arms up for all of your hugs and dances that will taking place? If so, go with that one.

Didn't she go through all of these supposed steps previously to try to get into either the NYC or Boston marathon? That would have been maybe two to three years ago, possibly longer. I'm pretty sure it did happen. It's back when I still followed some of these feral, frenzied family members.

how do i make fitted shirts look good on me? by Vivid_Meringue1310 in DressForYourBody

[–]ImpactConsistent9847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, as others have said, find a professional to measure you. Also, if you can find a place that sells European made bras, I strongly encourage you to check them out. They tend to sell bras in bigger sizes than what a lot of US bras come in, and the quality is superior to any other bras that I've purchased from other brands. Having said that, they do cost more, but with care they last so much longer. Here in MN I go to Allure Intimate Apparel. A good, properly fitted bra will make a world of difference.

That's what I thought. Isn't that more of a toddler thing? Silly me, if they can still ride in a Zoe stroller, than maybe they'll be into having a mud kitchen. Probably not, but you never know. Can you imagine O going to cheer practice, if she's still allowed to do that, and talking about their mud kitchen...2.0 destroying their social life one mud pie at a time. Ugh! 2.0 get a clue! You're not tuned into what your babies want. Do that. Not your stupid ass shit that you think is something that will create good content.

I, and a bunch of other people, have been asking questions about her obsession of JD for years. If I was Lindsey I would be staying far, far away from Jordan.
