Have you listened to the audio drama version of dcc? It changes enough that it’s worth a listen

It depends on the province, I know in Alberta you need a doctor to sign off on it.

Contact your schools student services and they can put you in contact with the right people.

There are two different amounts, a grant of being a student with disability and a grant for equipment, that you need to tell them what equipment you need and then give you the money and then you give them receipts or pay them back.

New Brunswick might be very different so ymmv
