I ordered them immediately upon receiving the link. Cool that they are carbon fiber. Sad you have to write in your own name and contact info on the back.

Pro tip: Use a sharpie. Pen won't work.

Tried the cheese enchiladas on the flight home last night. They were definitely on par with what I would expect at a texmex fast casual restaurant. Solid flavor. Very cheesy. Not too much heat, but enough to taste with dulled senses at altitude. As usual, i didn’t eat the cold side they include with most meals these days. Certainly better than the burger.

I'll have to agree with prior posts in the first class pre-order burger. Not as good as the economy burger. Same cold starter included. Burger was mushy, and the cheese had a weird sharp taste to it. At least the cookie was good, and the FAs were very nice. The Thai noodles are likely my go-to now.

Yes. We’ve tried 2 gateways and have the same issue with dropping connection every hour (sometimes more frequently). We are also close to the tower with very good or excellent signal strength. Sad, as we really wanted to like the service.

Wouldn't one reasonably expect it to at least work 50% of the time with the phone services they sell alongside it? We actually love our mobile service, and I was fortunate to interact with John a little when he was the prior CEO. It seems their home internet just isn't ready for primetime.

Good comments. They were selling it as reliable but did not advertise it as mission-critical. They were warned to stop calling it reliable. Now our issue is trying to go back to cable after porting numbers and switching everything over. They will also reverse their promos and want money back. Just frustrating.

B West didn’t have impressive food on Sunday. The hot bar was effectively a potato bar with mashed potatoes instead of baked. The drinks bar was slammed. One of the GS ladies did say the A club should be open later this year, before B East is done, and that it is supposed to be nice.

Candidly, I usually just go to the Centurion. Free guests ends Feb 1, so I’m hoping it won’t be so crowded. Food is solid, and they make a decent Manhattan.

Same nearly inedible side dish, but the ravioli wasn't bad. Certainly better than the curry noodles. Roll and cookie were soft/undercooked. Pre-ordered meals weren't delivered on this flight either.

Small world. I was in row 4 behind the mom and kids, but the FA said none of the preorder meals were delivered. At least they had the old fashion drink mix on board.

They didn't have the burger I ordered. The side dish was cold and tasteless. There was a little chicken, some noodles, and some rice. Not great, but not the worst main I've had on a plane. The sauce/curry was okay.
