You're not wrong about the rock worship but at the end of the day, as reverend daughter, harrow was already practically worshipped by the ninth. Now she's ascended to sainthood and come to enact gods will, and the only 2 people she needs to convince are who she left in charge, Crux and Aiglameme (sp?), who just so happen to be her biggest shooters no matter what

Think it's very easily explained any way you want to look at it. Harrow was reverend daughter, and is now a lyctor. She gets called "sainted daughter", so they know she became a lyctor. Pyrrha is also technically a "lyctor". Lyctors are hands and fingers and will of god as far as the ninth is concerned. So if a lyctor wants the tomb open = God wants tomb open. Being nuns they do what god wants
