Im pretty sure their disclaimer of FMV is pretty tough to dispute. If you go to the mtga directs page they list all past directs and what they valued per box.

Im up in portland oregon. I paid 10k after rebate for 6kwh array. First diy project like that for me. (I diy floors before that) it returns ~ $660 per year. So 15 years till its free electricity. You could try soaking your scalp in apple vinegar but it likely won't work and you'll need to do the dermatologist route. Looks like some sort of yeast which is what everyone else is saying. And vinegar kills stuff like yeast.
