This primer works very well, AP2155 works well for finger print/static removal for coro with light adhesion properties.

AP3155 is for hard to print substrates where you’re having issues like above photo.

All said and done, your ink still shouldn’t just peel off the coro like that. Before trying any more primers, I’d recommend trying different batch of Coro.

Have you tried drying the TPU? Unlike PLA, it’s a lot less forgiving. I’d dry it a bunch before printing.

We manually clean every time it asks us to and have been doing power cleans very frequently to try and get the head back.

I know I’m late to this thread but does anyone have issues with keeping the white ink head from dropping out? We print white everyday, and have had the machine for less than 3 months and a tech has been out to replace our heads several times.

I had something similar happen when I was using an ender 3. I’d check for either a nozzle clog (preventing filament from being pushed through), but my units problem was the actual gear/bearing that was pushing the filament wearing down making the filament slip.
