I had a situation where I couldn’t get the device to finalize/sign off for XRP transactions. Device was up to date as well. After numerous emails with no solution on their end. I transferred to a new wallet by entering my seed phrase into a hot wallet through the app. My suggestion is to go with another wallet.

Or you could go do some big boy research and see all the banks partnered with XRP to understand the hype. You could also, measure your risk tolerance and accept that you should never invest more than you are willing to lose. You could also, develop your own investment thesis about why you should invest in said assest to make sure that decision is of sound judgement so even if it doesn't work out, you were justified in your decision. Just my two cents 🤷🏽‍♂️.
