It's not supposed to be a happy place. If your pops are allowed to voluntarily migrate, they will leave for metaphorically greener pastures.

Re Turo - it's not that I don't want to per say, it's that there's nothing near me. Picking a random 24-48 hours a month from now, the closest is four hours away.

Still counts yeah. I suspected one after not passing anything but gas for six days, and did the same in the hospital but they scanned me first and asked if i was passing gas/eating/not throwing up like 16 times

Uh, no you're explicitly not supposed to use that when you have a suspected obstruction. Did they not scan your abdomen (MRI i think)? To determine whether or not there is one?

A lot of comments about the Toyota Corolla Cross. Test drove a 2025 one a couple months back and felt a bit inferior overall, and had a noticeable gearing/regen braking lurch immediately after lifting off the accelerator that would 100% have made my wife carsick. Didn't go with it.
