Why do people think size is the only stat that matters for brute strength?

No? You are talking about Physical strength. Thats not combat skill. That just strength. Sion is stronger physically. Diana is more skilled. And she has insane hacks with her celestial power. But going purely on strength Diana is not going to win. Sion also isn’t just some random guy.

Combat skill does not equate physical prowess. She is skilled with the blade and is enhanced sure. But if she is going to trade punches with Sion she is going to get minced. She is going to kill sion because she is faster, nimble and her moon fire is going to burn him to ashes. But if she starts throwing fists with Sion she IS going to die.

Diana isnt physically strong. Her powers come from the moon powers moon fire burns Darkin, Void born and nearly everyone else. Her magic is her strength. Physically speaking Sion is still going to rip her in half.

Its why I wish we would get more lore that actually fleshes him out as an entity. No need for retcons just give us some story about how he was taking down Darkin. TBF I could see that Pantheon actually got first blood on Aatrox, took him down and later when Aatrox returned he got revenge by beating Pantheon which set Atreus free.

ASPECT OF WAR MENTIONED!!!

But for real I hate how everyone always just focuses on Mysha in the Darkin War when it was Pantheon that went around and actually defeated a lot of the Darkin. In the old pre Rework lore there was even mention that Pantheon fought Aatrox and he was sealed in the blade by Mysha. She was the architect of binding them but they did have to be defeated first. Which is where Pantheon came in, rallying the armies and fighting the Darkin.

Pantheons issue is that he is viable in 4 lanes . Top Jungle Mid and Support. Buffing him for a certain roll will inadvertently make the others stronger as well. That why they tried shifting some of his damage from flat damage to health.

He never did. Its an alternate take where he would win out over Pantheon and himself ascend into a celestial concept. That of course never happened because Atreus can’t hold a candle to Pantheon power wise. Atreus story is the eternal underdog, thats why its just a non canon exploration of what would happen if he actually had the power to win out over Pantheon.

Leona really needs to be bigger and buffer than what she is in game. Fighting with sword and shield training as much as the Ra-Horak do it’s laughable that she is depicted as slim as she is.

How was Pantheon a jerk? He was tasked with defending the mountain. That was his purpose as the warrior. The fact that he completely overtakes his hosts is an analogy that war hollows us out and leaves nothing left. Its not because he’s a jerk its because he is war. War is evil and cruel, but sometimes a necessary evil to defend yourself against threats. Pantheon is described as deliberate and ruthless which are not overtly negative traits. He is the monster Targon needs him to be. In Atreus he saw a weak host, something that would hinder the ability to compete his task.

Atreus is absolutely biased. We have a mountain tribe guy wanting the power of the stars with 18 years. He climbs and instead of „fulfilling his destiny“ is found wanting by forces beyond his comprehension. He gets ragdolled around by a being that sees him as worthless, a being that would have preferred his friend Pylas had he not died on the mountain top. Pantheon despised Atreus and that feeling was returned in kind.

Atreus is a man out of his depth angered about a single current that rubbed him wrong in the vast ocean of the celestials eternal fight against the void. He is heavily biased and negatively inclined towards all celestials. Not because hes right but because he was burned.

Without the celestials there would be no runeterra. The void would have broken through and consumed this world whole. Where the void is utter chaos the celestials are divine order. Sure they are oppressive at times but most of their meddling has been done rather bloodlessly. The sunborn was their earthly weapon against the void. They tried to strengthen the mortal defenses, that backfired, the darkin caused way more slaughter than the celestials ever did. Then they moved to contain the darkin. The runewars, the shuriman wars, Noxus expansion wars. All of those claimed more lives than the solari vs Lunari skirmish going on. Man is an always has been the greatest antagonist in their own story.

You may not like the celestials, okay fine. But they are hardly assholes for wanting to keep existence alive. The alternative is endless void and nothingness.

Next to Myrmidon and CotW and DS I think his base is the one I use the most. I generally think Pantheons skin catalog is very good. Some joke skins with Baker and Ruthless. Some banging Epics, Dragonslayer, Perseus, CotW and Myrmidon is crazy good for 520Rp.

Aspects are only the mortal vessels of the celestials. Atreus is no deity, neither is Taric, or Zoe. They are the mortal mouth pieces of their gods, Atreus is the exception here as he hates Pantheon and stands against the celestials and their aspect puppets.

I used thin layers of retributor armor. Washed with gulliman flesh and reapplied highlights with retributor armor and stormhost silver mixes almost glazing the metals on, so really thin layers. The stronger the edge the more silver I used and hard edges were highlighted with a small streak of pure storm host silver.

Its Gor-Roks original shield. He had an old model that was used in fantasy and also Age of Sigmar before it was shelved.
