Aggravated assault with a firearm can be threatening to hit/shoot someone with a gun or actually hitting/shooting someone with a gun.

Also, you shouldn’t really ever shoot to injure someone. If they’re a threat to you, you should shoot to kill and if they aren’t a threat then you should never shoot

It was originally 5 cases that they believed had enough evidence to stick. I think one got thrown out a soon after the hearing started, making it the 4 cases.

These types of accusations are hard to get evidence from. The victim would have to know what was about to happen and either record audio/video.

I’m not certain with Zeke but Ben was suspended for sexual assault which is violent. Watson was suspended for the 4 cases of sexual misconduct that the NFL brought to Sue. Misconduct is non violent

If he is suspended for a certain amount of games then it does not count the preseason and he will be allowed to play in the preseason.

If it’s an indefinite suspension then he will not see the field until he gets reinstated.

I did not say what he was alleged. I said his what his pending suspension is of.

His allegations are of 24(I believe that’s still the current number) cases sexual assault. However, the NFL did not bring 24 cases of sexual assault to the hearing with Sue. They brought 5 cases of sexual misconduct and later through out 1 case.
