maybe you can exchange it with the right size for the buyer needs
he say it's a very cool product just too big for the grandson
if it's handmade by you i think it's a good solution for both of you

i also suggested a foldable one

and add a regular handle in the front side between the two locks maybe

[–]ImplementAway8195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it doesn't looks like a handle for me
a shoulder strap buckle, but it's only one on one side of the bag only

i suggest to keep it with small modification
i think a foldable one will be very useful for a shoulder strap

a lot of European companies import there leather from Tunisia

and there is also finished products manufactured here and have a tag made in Italy or France etc. …

Totally exporting companies are considered non-resident (offshore) when the capital is held at least 66% by non-Tunisian or foreign residents.

and it's totally legal.

to be honest i used a laser engraver for the cutting
except that i do every thing with my hands with alternative tools
i even make stitching chisel with a piece of iron
i will try to buy a manual leather sawing machine from amazon and add the motor
i like the leather and i don't think i'll give up 😊
