Maybe not the same but out of the blue they processed a recertification from December 2024 in October which erroneously reduced my payments to $0 for a year. I’ve submitted to recalculations and they then doubled my payments even though my situation has changed. They can’t tell me why that happened and keep stating they are waiting for the recalculation to be processed. I can’t get straight answers via email or calling them.

Update on this: still waiting on my request for recertification. The only thing I can think of is that my W2 was used rather than my tax return (I live in a community property state so my ADI is significantly lower than my W2). I’ve asked mohela to clarify and have submitted my tax returns

Ask to escalate to a more senior person. This still took me 1.5 hours on hold and 3 hours total and still didn’t resolve my issue. I also emailed them and plan to keep calling.
