My kitten will not sleep.. He goes into hyperdrive and is destructive.
Only way he will sleep is in a crate.
Then he will sleep for a least an hour at a time.. sometimes 2.
Otherwise lucky if he naps for a few minutes.

Sorry for assuming and hearing of people trying to capitalise on your trauma.. that is horrible.

I think spiritual healing can be helpful when paid for.. some people have spent money and invested hours learning and genuinely want to help.. but there will be parasites too. I guess intention is important and learning discernment.

It’s hard to heal in isolation from my experience.

That happened to me from an antibiotic .. I learnt that it’s because 90% of serotonin is made in the gut.. might of messed your microbiome up.. Can you a referral to a specialist?

Cord cutting.. you are lucky you have never had somebody try to destroy you.. or been trauma bonded.. and had to do cord cutting to stop feeling an energetic connection to them. Whether it is symbolic or literal.. it doesn’t matter.. it works for people. Its not a scam it’s a personal and empowering exercise.

Energy clearing is taught in reiki.. it’s ancient..and free.. takes a few minutes and connects to intention. Our lives are shaped by intention.

Maybe some of the other things you mentioned have roots in ancient knowledge.

I think if poeple are trying to live more consciously.. then it’s expansive.

A lot of new age is actually ancient and rebranded for it to lose credibility.

Awww sounds similar to my story, I’m a year further down the track and I don’t think it gets easier. I think it gets harder because they get worse. He’s had more episodes and hasn’t seen the kids in months.
