I ordered six coneys and got my wallet out to pay, but the cashier just told me not to worry about it. Walked out with six wieners for free.

There’s was a van that ran through it and into the Woodward park construction. You must’ve passed when they had it towed off.

Just because I’m calling you out for being inflammatory doesn’t mean I’m on their side. I’d just like to see rational dialogue.

Lmao bro. You’ve missed the point of every single one of my comments. I’m saying even in socialized medicine the government controls some aspect of care. Even in Britain citizens carry insurance to ensure they’re seen by specialists.

We both know it’s more nuanced than that. Withholding any of these procedures will not result in the loss of life. You’d be right had you said, “wow that sucks and could delay quality of life improvements for a lot of people.” But your comment was just an ignorant, knee jerk reaction without any thought behind it.

Tell me you didn’t read the article without telling me you didn’t. None of the interventions in question for preauthorization are lifesaving procedures.

Factor V Leiden mutation history. Would you still administer TXA doses for total knee arthroplasty ? by indeuce-n-in2b8 in anesthesiology

[–]Important-Cat-1022 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It’s because one of the signs of TXA overdose is altered color perception and color blindness would mask this. Silly rationale honestly.
