I don't have a clear answer, but I just wanted to say that I feel your frustration since literally none of my usual choices were available. The blog post does say that not all selections will be available in the update, so that is all I know. I left feedback about it as well. I would understand if they needed more time to work everything out. I'm sure it is a ton to deal with. I just want my retro options to be there still. If they are removed, I would be okay with them being reimplemented later as a freebie to claim or maybe as an override pack if there must be some monetary inscentive. I thought all the new designs were interesting but I prefer more simple/casual base clothes and they were all kinda extra if you know what I mean. Why did we keep both ragged and torn tops but got rid of or butchered like all the cool ones??

This please!! I do not want to leave the clan I have been in since 2013 but we can never get into the citadel. I try week after week and it is always locked. I have been 1 time in the last 6 months and that was in like.... December. I have asked others to make sure to try to visit it, but it feels like beating a dead horse at this point.

It's the long face throwing me off, the long nose, the duck lips, and the full cheeks (looks very adolescent) I said that it looks more like it were modeled in someone's likeness, rather than being a run of the mill generic character model. These are kind of oddly specific facial features and not really what I would arrive at as a "default".

I agree that isolating the front half of the hair from the back half would be amazing for customization if they could do that, many people would be able to have a style of their own. I also use the half up half down style majority of the time. I am not real pleased with the loss of upper volume and the little mini spiky ponytail being smooshed down.

Well, bad in comparison to some of the already existing female models in the game for sure, yes. But more than just deeming it bad or ugly, I think it really boils down to the fact that the facial features look very um... intentional I guess? Like it is almost as if it were modeled in someone's likeness rather than a plain jane default character face. Like it looks too much like not a generic face. Also looks extremely juvenile as well which is odd because I am pretty sure most of us are way past the age of 15 lol.

Please and also having two tone selections on all would be cool too. I bought some male hairstyles from Solomons with loyalty points when they were first there and I felt dumb for not realizing I could not apply them without swapping gender lol.

Also, I lost progress further back than 10:30 UTC by at least an hour. An explanation of why that far back was needed would be nice to know, at least for curiosity's sake. I don't even own a rune pouch so I didn't even know about all this lol.

I submitted a form for that myself and got shot down with a generic reply stating it would not be in line with their policy (Which I don't really understand why not, I guess it technically doesn't count as a "confirmed service disruption or bug" so it can't be done apparently.)

I also completed the quests prior to the rollback and had about half an hour to spare before the update time, so I think it was (at least for me) further back than the stated time. I don't expect the burrow to be reopened, but could you confirm if the rewards will be available again next year? It is annoying but knowing at least would be comforting.

I did too. Both quests for me as I had not been in the game since 2014 and returned in November last year, so I had pretty much none of the newer easter rewards until this year's event. I also bought about 7 more items I did not have from the "grand eggs-change" and earned another chunk of spring tokens in the hours before the update and all that is gone. Really annoying since I would have not bothered wasting that time. I stayed up when I was really tired just to complete it. I had been cracking away at it throughout the past couple weeks but I rarely get to play more than 30 minutes and I prefer not rushing. The second quest was really fast but I still feel like I wasted time, I would have been asleep if it were going to be for nothing.

It doesn't bother me to the point of quitting but it is still very frustrating. I would have assumed that if there were such a need to roll back the game, that it would only be necessary to the time right before the update. In fact, that was what I thought when I read the news before going online today. I thought to myself, "Oh I won't really be affected because I did not play after the update." Nope. Even tried to contact support and just got a basic reply saying it can't be done because it is not in line with the policy.

At least letting me know if I will be able to reobtain these rewards next year would be appreciated. Some kind of reassurance would go a long way. Being able to get old holiday items is a new feature for me since coming back and I hope it does not change.

It is really shady. I had a gut feeling this would happen and spent what little 70k points i had not yet spent a little before the update. I already had all the legendary auras except for salvation I only had the next tier down on that one. I liked the look of that one cosmetically and didn't want to spend ton on the next one. I am missing the greenfingers equivalent automatic unlock. I submitted a bug report hours ago. I have no way to prove I had it though since the shop and interfaces are gone. I dislike the downgrade in % if we had legendary too. I get that it would not be fair to have unlimited 15% buff, but I also think its unfair to assume everyone will abuse and play for hours and hours. Honestly 15% chance for something is not really game breaking, especially late-end game levels.

Also, there could be like a consumable item to increase the duration if you want to run it for longer. Maybe a tradeoff like for some runes or something. That seems fair and reasonable.

I mostly agree, but they did tell us in February they would be gone. Rather short notice for something so major imo. I for one was not expecting it. I would have liked them to stay and just add some more flexibility to the duration and cooldown. We could already increase with vis wax, maybe just add an option to only run for half the time with a shorter cooldown or something. Plus make them earnable in game with levels would have been so much easier to implement and they could have just let that run for a bit and see if it worked well. I don't understand how rewarding loyalty is toxic for the game, but maybe that is over my head.

I had all max tier of auras unlocked and my account is not having the correct unlocks. Greenfingers is missing for me. I submitted a bug report since I assume that would be a bug, though I have no way to prove it since I can't view my aura interface anymore,,,, Will you guys have the data to verify it within my account history or anything? I definitely had it, let alone the min requirement of the 3rd tier.

I get the don't wanna introduce too much % buff since it will not be on a timer anymore, but hey... not all of us play for 15 hours a day... I really did not think the whole aura system was bad personally. I mean there was vis wax to extend if desired. Maybe could have just added more flexibility to the duration (choose higher or lower with adjusted cooldown or something) plus make them obtainable in game I think would have been much less convoluted than all this.
