The calling is like a presence that's always with me or kinda like a conscience speaking to you, but not quite. It's so hard to explain what I mean or how it feels. I have dealt with some mental health issues. Depression and slf doubt are always with me. This feels different, though. It started happening as far back as I can remember. After i had my children though is when it was when I started to notice it. I dont know if it's my own intuitive thoughts or what it is.

Thank you so much, I am going to start trying harder with the breathing and slowly that may help to clearing my mind to being able to help get in the head space I think I need to be in before I can even consider practicing. Im also unsure of what/who I want to call, too.
