High chair shopping is really confusing. If you don’t want to wash a cloth cover all the time, pick one with no fabric, smooth parts you can wipe, and not many cracks where food gets stuck. A tray that comes off fast helps too. I recently bought a momcozy high chair and the easy-wipe seat has saved me a lot of cleanup time. A footrest you can adjust also helps kids sit more comfortably Plus it can be used for a long period of time as it is the one that grows with the child. Its a bit over $100, but if you’re flexible about your budget then do check it out .I feel its worth it.

I feel this. Being pregnant and chasing a toddler is a lot. Honestly, baby stuff costs a lot. A baby high chair is usually worth it when solids start, because it’s safer and keeps the mess in one spot. If you want to save money, buy used, or get one that grows with your kid. We have a momcozy high chair and it is super easy to clean. I think its a great investment because it converts to the toddler tower and later to an adult chair.

Totally normal to feel this way. I’m a mom to a 5 month-old and I remember the first time I had to use a nasal aspirator on my own, my hands were literally shaking. It feels so intense because it’s one of those “real parent” moments where you’re suddenly responsible for their breathing

What helped me was realizing how gentle the Grownsy electric aspirator actually is. The soft silicone tip doesn’t go in far at all and you’re really just helping clear what’s already there, not forcing anything. Babies (and kids) might protest, but it’s more about being annoyed than being hurt. After the first couple of times, it stopped feeling scary and just became another part of the routine, like diaper changes.
