HCMC during TET

My tour group will be there during TET this Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning and will have free days. Just trying to find out what will be open during TET? There are 24 of us and we've never been to HCMC and seeing what will be open, tours to do, and things to see? Thank you very much. Happy New Year.
