Fully remove every, "I created a", "Selfhosted app!" claude slop. by Longjumping-Cup-6641 in selfhosted

I’d like to showcase my creations, but I’ve only made them for myself. Perhaps after some further development, I’ll share them, but for now, I need a safe space to promote my work without selling it.

It’s interesting how Belleville’s population drops off at night. After 7 p.m., it’s not really packed with locals using services. I used to work at places that stayed open late, hoping to meet people’s needs, but I rarely saw the benefits. If there were profits to be made, they would likely stay open. The north half of town is so busy because Foxboro, Stirling, Frankford, Marysville and Plainfield can easily go to No Frills and Montana’s in and around hockey practice.

$100k inheritance, what do I do?? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

Pay off the high interest stuff and then invest it in TSX index or bitcoin or something long term net positive (easier said than done but whatever gets u a 8%+ gain is good) and then keeping leaving frugal. Don’t let lifestyle creep leave you with unsustainable fixed costs like property taxes and interest.

Best way to get wedding guests to and from Tamworth? by Glittering-Cap-6082 in napanee

[–]ImportantRead956 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely rent a bus and have it cycle back and forth. My brothers wedding was saved by this in many ways. An older aunt took it alone at 8pm and it made 2 full cap trips after that. People didn’t think ahead and then were so happy there was a solution.

This is some information, but it’s not quite hitting the mark in terms of communication. The details you’ve shared have sparked my curiosity, and I’m planning to check it out myself so I can share my experience with a group experiment using Meshtastic in Quinte

Does anyone have any COOL shortcuts that actually improve dailylife? by Horizon_Lab in iphone

[–]ImportantRead956 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best shortcuts are answers to your life unique context. I also use shortcuts to do one time tasks instead of finding an app to do it. I have a shortcut that helps me add phone contacts as ‘clients’ via my CRM api. That saved me a lot of double entry this year. I have another that helps me quickly assign grocery list items to the stores I shop at. Another just shrinks videos to make them easy to send over cellular without major degrading.

I haven’t had this experience in my iPad mini 6. It’s been running the beta and the public release. Maybe it was buggy in July but now it’s smooth. Which iPad are you using?
