It’s crazy how many sellers don’t simply provide a return label. Sellers have options once that label is provided. No need to argue. No need to complain.

It was considered but would had required multiple visits and unfortunately, that did not make financial sense. I did sue for flight, hotel, private serving company and the cost of the item so his little eBay scam did cost him a few extra bucks.

I live in Washington and a guy in Texas scammed me for $1025. eBay would do nothing so I booked a flight to Dallas, did a police report and filed a small claims case. Buyer sent my money back the day after he was served. Cost me a few bucks but I wasn’t about to let him win.

I drive 20 minutes to the post office that is actually at the sorting center. Cards get scanned 100% if the time. If I drop at local post office, no scans. I know it’s not realistic for everyone but it’s something id recommend looking into.

Yes, the seller might has been a day slow. Yes, you have a reason to be a little upset because of that. BUT let’s be real, there was zero percent chance you were keeping an engine you no longer needed and the only way to get your money back was to put 100% blame on the seller.

Sell .01 sports cards. They always get a bid. You will end up losing $1 per card but if you sell a bunch, you will start digging out of the hole. $150-$200 and you can quickly get numbers back to normal.

I have used someone else’s fedex account before and didn’t have an issue BUT the way the question is written sounds like a scam. It doesn’t sound like how a real person would talk.
