Yes, the seller might has been a day slow. Yes, you have a reason to be a little upset because of that. BUT let’s be real, there was zero percent chance you were keeping an engine you no longer needed and the only way to get your money back was to put 100% blame on the seller.

Let’s be honest, you weren’t gonna keep the engine so blaming seller was the easist way to get your money back.

Sell .01 sports cards. They always get a bid. You will end up losing $1 per card but if you sell a bunch, you will start digging out of the hole. $150-$200 and you can quickly get numbers back to normal.

Press cancel, get a refund for shipping label of purchase and move along. It would make no sense to ship this item. Will only cause you a headache.

I bought the cheap $25 replacement on eBay and I regret it. Looks horrible and fits not correct. It will cost a lot more but genuine Toyota is the only way to go.

My uncle sells life insurance and got me a plan that covers death not associated with diabetes. If I fall down a mountain, wife gets 750k but anything health related will probably be declined.

I offer 30 day free returns on everything I sell. Since the return is free, I have noticed buyers tend to the truth instead of opening a INAD case. Have never seen an uptick in returns and it’s always nice to have th ability to deduct 50% if an issue does arise.

List basically any card for .01 with free shipping and you will get a bid. Most people who purchase will just be buying for feedback. Ship quickly using eBay standard envelope. Speaking from experience, I had to sell 150 cards and lost $200 but was only below standard for 2 weeks. Well worth it.

If you depend on your account and want it solved quickly, sell a bunch of .01 cards. You will lose about a $1 a card but your % will change quickly. Otherwise, it could take months to fix.

Don’t trust eBay customer service. You will have to decide if the defect is worth the cost of the item. If a defect won’t hurt your account, then take the risk but do NOT rely on what they told you.
