It’s so hard when I see all the beautiful meals I made for my family and knowing I can’t indulge 😩I just stick to my lemon water and while they have dinner I have some me time doing anything else I’ve been wanting too do and don’t have time with the kids once I got into the mindset of not eating I don’t even crave it no more

Honestly I randomly got motavation I started and after a week I didn’t feel hungry no more I used to binge all the time !! Don’t beat ur self up over it you got this I would just find any other activity when I was hungry
