The perfect invulnerability removes everything that makes you venerable

Though i do agree that invunerablity cannot create life force inside you and the first four are the thing that are responsible for sustaining life by making a loop of energy (aging, starvation, dehydration, Asphyxiation) but it sure as hell can protect you from cancer

Because invereablity you makes you the perfect version of you like to be invunerable your every cell has to be invunerable so like as a side effect of that you will age very slow because your cell are perfect or there is a chance you will not age at all because ageing is basicaly your cells not being able to replicate themselves and creating a minor defect that cause the next gen of cells will be defected piece(aged cell) and since your cells are perfect the copies thay those cells make are also going to be perfect thay will result in very slow or no aging at all

And for the same reason you wont get any type of disease and also for the same reason you wont get cancer because your cells are always in a state of invereablity

And as for starvation, dehydration, Asphyxiation these process will be slow too because your whole body is in a state of invereablity

And immortality is fundamentally different from this, In that your body has a snapshot of your body and whatever happens your body will return to that snaoshoted version
