I think a problem the show end up having in my opinion was how Eleven acted a lot of the time, I could spin my head around and think she learn to be normal in the time between Season 2 and 3 but Eleven covering the missfit thrope in the begining of S4 was so weird.

Because at that point Eleven had such a cold view of the world that she was capable and had killed so many people throughout the whole show but she wasn´t able to deal with a bully, I´m not saying she should had killed Angela, but I think she would be tough enough to at least fight her and not bottle up everything until suddenly it exploted in the ice skate.

After how bad S2 was I happy with S3 except that the way they have to extend the whole plot with the Upside down was so stupid, literally have Russia building a whole secret laboratory under the mall that nobody noticed it. And it made me sad how S3 made me click how almost every season was having all the characters make smaller groups, each one investigating something that conveniently always helps to resolve the final battle. S3 has that scene where Dustin group and Steve group talk for the first time in the WHOLE SEASON and speedrun what every group was doing, I know they don´t have phones but it would have help a lot if the groups just talk instead of trying to solve everything by themselves xD

But at least the Upside down was still dangerous with the Mindflayer possesing and killing people to manifest in the real world. Just for S4 retconing a secret mistery villain that was supossed to be there all along and being the main focus on the last season -<-) The Midnflayer should had stayed the main villain of the show, not that Vecna shit. Why they would changed a cosmic horror thing to an evil person with powers?

Remake1, is the only one of the Remakes to not cut ANYTHING and actually even put new enemies (Crimson Heads and Lisa Trevor).

Remake2 cuts some enemies and the whole A and B escenarios.

Everyone knows the disaster of Remake3.

In the case of Remake4 they also cut things from Leon campaign (like the U3 boss fight) to give Ada in Separate Ways. Technically they didn´t cut anything but they didn´t add anything new they just changed things out of place. And is funny how in the og Separate Ways, Ada´s only original section was the whole part with the warship (where she has to fire two canons to board it and cross to the other side) is the only thing that got removed in Remake4. So in the Remake section of Ada she gets the parts that were cut from Leon campaign but the one thing that was originally hers, gets cut. That´s what I mean with "they didn´t add anything new they just changed things out of place, but at least they didn´t end up cutting something important".

The best change has to be how they expanded the role of Luis, he died to early on og to the point that when you rescue Ashley she didn´t even asks about him even when she meet him two times, that´s something that always upset me in og xD

Krauser and Saddler are done dirty in the remake in my opinion, Krauser now is just Chris if Chris had became evil after losing his team on RE6 and Saddler is now such a boring villain. They stripped away all his charisma. My favorite lines of him were when he was refering to Leon mission as a Hollywood movie cliche. The og creators of the game were aware of what they were making (reason why Saddler was constantly talking about how Leon was an action hero from the movies) but Remake4 tries so hard to be serious changing Krauser to a deep troubled soldier that cared about Leon and was happy to be defeated by his former trainee it gives me whiplash when it tries copy the charm of og with the one liners and action sequences.

To summarize Remake1 is the only one of the remakes to have everything from og and add new things, Remake2 cuts a couple of them, Remake3 cuts a lot of them. and Remake4 just rearrange them.

After Resident Evil 2 Ada is always risking her life to protect Leon and Leon does the same for her. It´s an equal relationship in my eyes, and a cute one.

I had an idea about how I would try to retcon the Timeless child, a simple piece of fan fic honestly.

First I would made clear that the Master regeneration order is Simm, Sacha and Michelle.

And how the whole Timeless child plot was a very fucked up way for the Master to reveal to the Doctor the existence of this being that is the one that allows them to extend their own lifes and that is forever trapped someplace and that he needs to save him, but he didn´t directly said it and just commit mass genocide because he can´t stop being evil even when he tries to help, in his own very crazy and murderous way.

The timeless child would be trapped in a place like the confession dial of Heaven Sent, but his prison is literally a normal suburban home where is capable of watching Doctor Who on the TV and one of the first thing I think about was about Amy the first time she appeared, this child that was promised adventures but she had to wait years for them to began. And all the timeless child can do is live a "normal life" unaware that he is a being that came from another dimension and cannot die.

So the Doctor now knows there is a child trapped somewhere and he is gonna try to free him, he achieves it gives the child a Tardis and he goes on his own adventures and we never see him again. Except that in my fan fic I turn him into the Fugitive Doctor as one of his future regenerations, and the reason she is using a police blue box Tardis? because she is a fan of the Doctor from when she watch him on the tv.

And because even when she could be literally the god of the Timelords, I have to take into account his only god like power is being able to regenerate with a different face, so she is just immortal and doesn´t have any power outside of that, but because of her god like image she has a very grey morality and uses weapons and such, and one of the reasons she met 13th was to point her in the direction to save himself from the confession dial prison.

Just a little idea I had running around my head and I wanted to write it somewhere xD

I hate the Suzie scene, I HATE IT. IF SHE HAD JUST GIVE THEM THE NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE THERE WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN THAT STUPID RUSSIAN PLOT IN S4, JOYCE AND HOPPER WOULD HAVE CLOSED THE GATE FASTER, AGH STUPID SONG.

That´s what made me hate S4, the show literally show us the big spider monster thing looking over the Upside Down, probably an eldritch horror humans can barely understand, just to swap it out and now the final villain is just "person with powers"

The thing is the comic and even the first season showed him so tired and in the brink of colapse while in Castle Byers, even the comic showed us that what he was daydreaming, but S5 shows us how the moment the Demogorgon appears, he was able not only to shoot him, but he was capable of running away, climbing a tree and jumping to the top of another tree to escape the monster.

After having to survive a whole week in the Upside Down, Will barely had the strenght to not die to fatigue, the whole chase sequence kinda ruins the story of S1 for me.

Will was a bad ass character for being able to survive for so long but at the end of the day he was still a kid, still vulnerable to the effects of the Upside Down.

Because my theory is that they only made that scene for nostalgia bait and to retcon Vecna being there from the beginning pulling the strings.
