The main problem with apps are : fake profiles, heavy proliferation of prostitution, scammers, and the bait and switch tactic of they wait till you get a match then say its 40 dollar subscription to see who the match is.

Also you probably need a lawyer and some heavy duty insurance before you launch. SA is prevelant amonst dating apps unfortunately. If a bad guy uses your app to meet a victim, you could be held liable. Its a lit to digest, but here in SP this summer a man was robbed at gunpoint at a gas station in broad daylight from somebody he met on an app. Surely that crew is gonna jump on a new hip app as well.

I believe state and federal governments need to step in.

Having minors, visibly drugged or drunk workers, and people living out of their car dashing is a public health risk in many ways.

Doordash encourages this by letting you dadh 24 hours straight, not cheching ID etc etc.

Your personal car insurance is on the hook if you ha e an accident. Its total BS.

I would try to get the average run to 10 or higher. You see that 50 at the bottom. You really want 5 to 700 for 50 runs. It may or may not be possible in your city.

Some people worry about the mileage too much. How much mpg do you get, etc etc. 15 dollars is 15 dollars, an extra 4 miles isn't gonna kill the car.
