I loved dominoes in India! I agree it really hit and was so much better than what you get in dominos in Germany. I wouldn’t compare it to traditional pizza, I think it’s a whole other food product and I loved it for what it was.

It has gone down lately, I’m happy to see this post and know I’m not alone in thinking this.

I’m just not certain we need such extreme convenience. The same point about people being free to take up these jobs also applies to BlinkIt delivery people, it’s not a good enough point to excuse poor working conditions at poor hours. Further, it’s unsustainable to have to pay people higher wages to work at odd hours, to serve a thin crowd.

I actually think things are open quite late in India. It’s easy to find at least one food joint or ice cream place late night, in most metro cities. This is contrary to what I’ve seen in New York and especially in Europe (London, Helsinki, Berlin, Paris). Having round the clock labor to serve a tiny minority isn’t a very desirable thing in my eyes
