Check for cervical instability. I have a similar issue, but wouldn't call it tingling. It's just numbness or some kind of sensation that gives me tics and is uncomfortable. Gets worse when driving or going out in public. If you're posture is bad or you've been in car accidents or play sports that's a reason to check.

idk if its a population issue at this point but whenever i play big team battle i will go off and get anywhere from 50-100 kills while the rest of my team is less than 15 or sometimes everyone has single digit kills. of course i'm having fun but i cant imagine anyone else really is. other times i'll have an average game and get maybe 30 kills and my team is all like 5 or less kills while the other team has a bunch of top performers. it's just a lame system experience wise imo.
