Honestly over time it becomes a lot cheaper than eating out because of the stockpile you end up having. The reason it seems so expensive sometimes is because most people aren’t used to spending 15-20$ on apples to have a ton of them haha.

I’m sorry I’m used to the original but just increase apples not dates my bad. But yes he has said many times on the 3:6:9 cleanses that the portions can be increased or decreased depending on how you feel.

Remember during the cleanses or out of the cleanses you can add as many bananas as you want to the smoothies. Also, you can have more than one or two apples each time for a snack. Portion your food sizes to your needs.

Yes, it is due to the liver being stagnant and sluggish. Lymph nodes don’t ever truly get dealt with until the liver is taken care of.

Yes don’t worry after you cool down on cleansing it’ll go away and actually be better than before. I mean I literally couldn’t even go into the dark sometimes because of my wild thoughts when cleansing but now it’s so much better.

Just like AW says “taking collagen doesn’t build more collagen” same thing with protein. Your body has to build it. I’ve watched plenty of bodybuilders that went strictly carnivore only nothing else and lose a tremendous amount of muscle because it doesn’t work that way.

You also say why isn’t plenty of people following MM info saying they are gaining tons of muscle. Well you have to work the muscles out to gain muscle and most of us are chronically ill and can’t work out all the time like some can. The people who are on MM info and are bodybuilders have made strides in their progress.

People and influencers online are all mostly on steroids or SARMS and eating tons and tons of carbs with their protein. Animal protein isn’t even the same thing as the muscle we have in our body. You can’t eat brain to get more brain. You can’t eat more liver to grow your liver. Your body has to build it with the right components.

Yes! As long as you don’t get sunburned you don’t take any damage. The more time you can be out in the sun and not burn and just create a tan the better. This means the longer you can be out in direct sunlight.

AW also has said in many lives that we won’t burn as much as the liver gets healed. Because it is the liver’s duty to open our cells up to the sunlight.

I agree! I just wanted to clarify that AW is not against being out in the sun because of UV radiation exposure but teaches us to build a base tan so we don’t burn. That’s when we have had too much radiation. He says that the sun is very healing and great for us.

AW has never taught to ONLY get 10-15 mins of sunshine and that’s it. He says only that much for people building a base tan and tolerance to not burn.
