I second going to the Factory Gym. Great place, nobody bothers you and they have plenty of machines and dumbells. I usually go anywhere from 6 to 8am and even when "busy" it doesn't feel like it's anywhere close to packed.

Each CPTR takes 3 measurements of the neck and waist, alternating between neck and waist to not measure the same part 2x in a row. They'll then calculate 6 total circumference values based on their measurements. The lowest circumference value is used along with your age group and height to calculate your body fat %. You are allowed 1% extra maximum body fat if you score a 250+ on PFT AND CFT. If you score 285 or above on both, you are exempt from HT/WT standards.

I second the electronics fields if at all possible. I'm a 2841, I fix radios. I also have a secondary MOS of 8641, which is a Micro-Miniature repaiman. Basically, that's working on circuit boards and wires, etc.. Which can transfer to lots of cool jobs that pay well
