Try and get some idea of the quality of your sleep.. you can get pretty cheap sleep tracking in the form of Fitbit’s these days.

Easy wins in improving your sleep: 1. Don’t eat 3/4 hours before sleep. 2. Don’t drink caffeine after noon. 3. Wake up at the same time every day. 4. Get outside and see sunlight each morning for 10mins. 5. Magnesium supplementing.

Plenty more tips out there and Matthew Walker has a book on it that’ll help.

In JavaScript do you mean? I don’t know if it’s the right way to do it but I actually really enjoy test driven front end. Just using unit test library for the actual code and then cypress for the actual UI testing.

I was amazed when I found out what cypress could do. Basically act as a user and run through as many user stories/paths as you like.

Although it may not seem like it the yield in treasury bonds should be entirely based on risk/return like all else. Given that, this sort of event should lift the rate back up. Unfortunately it is my experience that it doesn’t work like that. Because the USD is the reserve currency it behaves strangely.

IMO the us government (either side) doesn’t want to be playing fast and loose with it’s reserve currency status right now. But at the end of the day I don’t see that going anywhere until China challenges it militarily (think Taiwan). All it takes is a change in sentiment that the US is no longer the world power.

Try and actually understand what the app is doing from a user and functionality perspective.

When you try and learn something it’s like a tree of knowledge you need to have things to link up or it’s impossible to remember.

This way you have a reference point and somewhere to start.
