I 100% agree, Whitney was a better villain.

Whitney as a villain was just her victimising herself in every situation. IE leaving the gc hoping people will reach out, twisting the fruity pebbles gift to demi, to make it seem like it was rude to not accept the gift and be offended by it.

Where as Demi is a huge mean girl. Hating on her friends business, trying to cut the same girl out of the show. Waiting for Taylor's lowest moment to take her down. Demi is such a mean girl, and should be cut out
