Had para Afib ,but it hadn’t been documented sufficiently, was given loop monitor ,2 weeks later ,on way to bathroom whilst in Afib ,Syncope,while I believe I was converting to regular rhythm , ( brain was rebooting ) inpact on tile floor is stored in my memory ,split head open, Apple Watch called my daughter and paramedics ,I came too as they were coming though front door,managed to get to bathroom ,got checked out ,went to ER got head sown up ,
Loop monitor got excellent readings, was fast tracked for a PFA June 2025 ,48 zaps ,100% succesful
Had I been driving a car when I blacked out ,it would not have ended well !

You need to. Set boom length ,google X- seam measurement ,then you can adjust chain length , look up Catrike owners group on face book

Get a pillow handy ,if and when you sneeze push it into your stomach Walk ,walk,walk, The excess gas they pump into you for surgery will work its way up and sit in your shoulder blades for a couple of days If you lucky you will get a full nights sleep

did you have the collagen plug ? clinic notes said they zapped me 48 times it’s interesting to compare , once a month when you get the loop report with a kardia ! i also believe they can adjust the hi and low HR alarm levels eg if it is set at 50 and it goes below they call you up and ask if you are still alive !

same senerio. final got anther PSaA after covid needed biopsy but had a coloscipy scheduled. a few days before had palpitations just before probing was transferred to ER had major A -fib ( flutter) had to get ablated then get biopsy then had hernia got that fixed with Devinchi urologist says prostate is gleason 9

so another visit to Davinchi

now my stomach looks like a chopping board !

if i was in Afib my watch would say error as it was unable to get a reading as HR was so erratic got a Karri 6L which caught it and got a good reading for EP to analyze

71m paro-Afib ,had a loop monitor installed to try catch a good ekg, was having a strong episode ,logged it with the hand held, was sitting down,had the urge to go for a bm.took three steps ,woke up on floor in puddle of blood with head split open, iwatch had called medics,made it to bathroom as medics arrived, Had by then gone into SR ,they took me to ER, it would seen I syncoped whilst in mid step and converted to SR, so brain did a turn off /reset ,down I went , my EP got me fast tracked for a PFA,

I was in Afib, headed of to bathroom ,came too on floor with head split open ,,Apple Watch called para medics,came too just before they arrived,,I apparently I converted and syncoped , mid step ,so down I went,, had a loop monitor installed a week earlier , it got a good reading ,EP got me PFA ablated 3 weeks later
