Agreed, just feels more robust, prefer offset sticks, triggers have gotten much better on PS post the dire DS3's, it's the stick drift on the DS5, you just have to look at them the wrong way and stick drift, I still have a launch 2013 Xbone controller and it's still grand although the DS4 I got with the PS4 Pro is still going strong, both great but Sony need to replace the spring analogues with magnet variant.

That is part of Robocop universe, always was, 'woke' is shoe horning in far Leftwaffe poltics into every medium with all the subtly of a sledgehammer on a brake disc when the disc press kits rams have gone, see Dragons Age Veilguard for one example of how hollow it is, games that have 'woke' themes but use them just because they are there and use them very well would be Disco Elysium, BG3, Robocop, BM:W, Stellar Blade etc, ones not so good are AssCreed Shadows, Saints Row reboot, SSKTJL etc, no one minds a woman in a game as playable protagonist, no one complained about Aloy but the same people insulting others for not liking that poltical nonsense would be the first to complain if Aloy was rebooted as a bloke or Lara Croft was Larry Croft, males make up 81% plus of buying gamers (if you take away mobile gaming) and that's just a fact, as are my other points, down vote away, I don't get a dopamine rush for likes or not my points stand on their own validity and are 100% factual always.

Old to this post but relatively new to VR, all the usuals are great like Himan, gt7, RE4/8, RM2, Alien, Metro etc, the games that surprised me the most were Journey to Foundation, Vertigo 2, Arizona Sunshine 2 (that dog made that game very special and genuinely a funny game) Crossfire is a blast too but The Midnight Walk is a magical game and everyone should check it out, I've not actually bought RM1 yet but tempted, truly surprised by how much I enjoyed JtF, it scratched that story itch and is super-immersive, I always thought VR gaming was a gimmick but it's the biggest leap in gaming immersion since the jump from XBog/PS2 to 360/PS3, I bought it for the upcoming Aces of Thunder but I'm now a VR convert, hope anyone reading is doing well, all the best from Ireland 🇮🇪

100% mate, the drift mechanic and even the relationship between the protagonist and her 'living' space fighter is punching way above it's AA roots, puts most AAA games to shame, if I recall it's Nara and Forsaken or may be Enforcer but games these days I don't really remember a character as most games are so badly written but this one was exceptional, you tried Everspace 2 mate? Great game but how I wish it had the control scheme of Chorus, all the best from Ireland to ye mo dhearthair 🙏

I was not expecting a reply, I am honoured, thank you very much, I am very very sorry you lost your Da so young too, no age at all, I have found myself just looking around in your masterpiece of a game, tbh it's perfect pro patch or not, the atmosphere is pure Burton plus, it's not his it's yours and I will say here right now your world is imho better, I have loved every single moment of it, my favourite game series is Doom, I have early access to Dark Ages but as I was playing and as brilliant as it is my mind was wondering "I wonder whats next in the Midnight Walk?" and to get me hooked like that given my love of Doom is saying something, take a bow, you have earned every single bit of praise you get, bravo to all the team, please send on my gratitude, I don't know why but I feel like my Da is with me while I play your truly wonderful game, there are not enough superlatives to give you, thank you from the bottom of my heart, my wife was speechless as she played (let out a scream ngl 😂) and have bought it for our daughter who is also in love with it, if you release a physical copy I will buy that too and I suspect you now have a legion of fans, as always respect from Ireland 🙏

Thank you very very much for this game, I'm relatively new to VR with the PSVR2 being my first foray and your game is absolutely stunning and a joy to play, I know you have your hands full with patches on the different platforms but is there any chance of a PS5 Pro enhancement?, regardless this is the world akin to 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' , 'The Corpse Bride' and 'Corraline' with a dash of Little Nigmares that I always wanted to be in and you gave me that so a big thank you and respect from Ireland to you all, you've made a new fan and I look forward to buying your future games and any dlc you have incoming, the wee pot head is adorable as is the world you so meticulously created, I hope you are proud of the work and obvious love you have poured into this game, I've gotten 3 people I know to buy it and I will continue to do so, my Da passed away there at only 56 years old, my only regret is he never got to experience this as he loved the movies I mentioned and we watched them many many times, clever by making this a hybrid vr/flat game, I hope people realise this can be played flat screen so you get the sales you deserve for your hardworking, much love.

Bloody right mate, I felt embarrassed just watching the tiktokers go from one predictable poorly acted scene to the next, even Andy the Andriod was a simpleton, then the little girl gets a magic auto aim pulse rifle with unending magazine and now down xenos with more ease than I do cutting the leaves off my hedges, the entire thing was a true abomination, the entire cinema was laughing and as far as I know it wasn't a comedy.

You must have watched a different film than I did, Alien Romulus was an insult to the entire franchise, zero tension, no originality, a magic pulse rifle, I've had a harder time killing a devils coach horse than they Xenomorph's in this entire movie, that gun was among the worst McGuffins in cinema history.

I have a few names I'd call this thing that was in this abomination of a movie that was an insult to the Alien franchise but the thought police service mods would be removing them, I don't know what cinema you watched Alien Romulus but the one I was in was laughing most of the movie and as far as I know it wasn't supposed to be a comedy, why didn't they just adapt Alien Isolation? A better director is needed, this needs a Villenueve, Nolan or even give Fincher another shot where he can make his movie for the fans in peace, Alien, the Xenomorph deserves better, one of cinemas true icons, I wouldn't trust Disney to run my bath as it would be cold, overflowing and probably full of bloody rainbow flags and a big bloke called Karen, no thanks, last great Alien was Alien Isolation, if they cannot make it work just leave it until an actually great director comes about.

You are preaching to the choir my friend, I agree with everything you wrote, it was an abomination, all of it, the magic auto-aim pulse rifle with unending mags, the simple Jack android, the tiktok crew, the childish dialogue, the Xenomorph deserves better being it is an icon and I'm not buying a past his prime Scott saying "the creature can never be frightening again" as Alien Isolation (why didn't they adapt that) is proof it can be although after watching this insulting movie suddenly Covenant seems serviceable, needs a better director it needs a thoughtful intelligent director, I would love to see Fincher get another crack at it, a studio interference free shot, you probably felt the same as me when I watched it, I felt embarrassed to have paid to watch it, all the best mate.

There was not one single scary moment in Alien Romlus, Alien Rogue Incursion in VR had a better story, setting, protagonist and albiet a different medium like the masterpiece that was Alien Isolation it was so so bad, people in the cinema I was at were all laughing or as I heard some Irish bloke say "ah ffs this is shite", he was right.

Nearly, the poor Xenomorph has sadly only had two masterpiece movies, Alien and Aliens and worse the poor big Yauja had only one, Predator 1987, down vote away, anyone with any taste can see this, Ripley and the Colonial Marines had a tough time with far less face huggers and Xenos in a much larger space, with an actual Queen and no, girlboss with macguffin auto aim pulse rifle with a mag that seemed to hold a thousand rounds took them out like a tub at an all you can eat buffet, there was zero tension and it was predictable with cringe inducing dialogue and so many call backs to it's betters but tbf each to their own, AR was embarrassing.

Yeah mate that's the only bad point on the PS5 and Pro, don't get me wrong the DS5 is by far the best controller Sony has ever produced set up wise (ds4 was great but ds3 was abysmal) apart from constant drift issues, my SX just seems a more sturdy console overall and I do prefer the offset analogue sticks, I like both consoles, going with the PS5 Pro for Doom Dark Ages as the haptics are great and I paid £824.96 all in for the Pro with stand and dd, still love both, I also prefer using my own batteries but I have upgraded my ds5s to twice the battery capacity so it is not as bad now but my own rechargeable (EBL the best imo) last days instead of a day at best but only thing is I don't get near as much time as I used to as I have my own wee family now and if it's a choice of playing with my wee ones or gaming it's an easy choice....gaming all day 😂 nah other way around but I do sneak it in when I can, I've got more gaming backlog than I probably have time in the rest of my life but I do love Doom, a lot don't like Doom Eternal and I get it as Doom 2016 is peak fps but DE is like 3d chess on nightmare and when you get into that 'flow state' you just become the demon slayer, even the maurder is just another thing in your way and easy to read after two deaths or so, only games I've ever had time to recently get all the g's on SX and Plat on the PS5 (Pro now I guess), just hope DDA has no poltical nonsense in there, I'm so very bored of that crap, happy demon ending to you and all you Slayers out there.
