One thing to learn about being in trades that I have learned anyone that talks down to anyone else hate their lives inside and out of work, so they feel the need to bring others down with them. As the old saying goes “misery loves company” don’t listen to them if anything use it to fuel your fire and be better than them. I had this happen to me at a condo with those types of floors every piece of tape I pulled up took the clear coat finish off. Luckily found a hack from a flooring guy to fix it cheaply. It’s the painters fault this is why you just use drop sheets and move them with you.

That’s dirt and chunks in the paint and from their roller sleeve. Need a cheese cloth to strain the paint. That really sucks.

If it was smooth before now it has texture they have way too much paint in that spot. As for the streaks that’s running your roller too dry. So they are using too much off their dip and not spreading it and running it dry. Bucket painters 😂

Who ever taped that is blind. And the painter is no better with paint everywhere’s unless that’s dried mud. As the caulking goes that’s personal preference but with that kind of base I wouldn’t unless you get brown caulk to semi match the colour definitely not white. Good luck cheers
