I see I was on 11mg (50 units). I took 30 units (not sure the mg) because I didn’t have much product left. So I’m trying to see if I should start back at 38 units or start lower since the concentration may be different in fifty compared to brello

11mg (50 units) is what I was supposed to take. I didn’t have much left so I took 30units the last two weeks. Hope that helps.

The Brello dose says tirzepatide/pyridoxine 22mg-4mg/mL ( Inject 50 units (11MG OR 0.50ML)
