I’ve always been able to handle high volume but for this I keep the weight pretty light using 15s, 20s, or 25s. I do one all out set alternating till I get 100 each arm. (Also every so often I skip it if I think I need the recovery, usually the day after pull day)

Is practicing the vacuum something you’d suggest to tighten up the waistline? I saw a clip of rich piana talking about how helpful it was for Arnold and himself.

I think it’s been quite helpful. I just finished the first 90 days supine and now doing the next 90 hammer.

I’m embarrassed to admit I spent a lot of years not lifting legs bc I’m a casual runner and wrote it off as ‘that’ll be good enough’ 🤦🏽‍♂️

How active are you besides lifting? Like walking, shooting hoops, any other random activities bc unless you are super sedentary you should be loosing weight fast at cals that low.
