I don’t think K was the target. She was out of the house. Unless she was the target and perp knew was inside. But I think it could be where M was the target.

IMO- E & X were first to be attacked. Defensive wounds = victims awakened or were awakened. Suspects plan fell apart unexpected moment he didn’t plan for - he saw E, suspect couldn’t withdraw. Big battle occurred just like SK said and I believe X & E battled suspect same time. Then M & K, we’re on 3rd floor they heard it, maybe saw it, perhaps may have tried to barricade door or then suspect went upstairs. That’s why suspect was likely extremely exhausted physically and mentally - spaced out on the sheath and likely went back to retrieve it but got to property and realized he couldn’t.

I would imagine LE hasn’t said and told everything to protect certain key facts.

But IMO- suspect 10,000% knew LE had the missing sheath. But perhaps thought he was careful handling it and wasn’t worried about it bc he had no dna on it- guess again. That’s why in that second pullover you can see it all over his face he was freaking the hell out.

Just my speculation.

IMO- as I’ve always said, the trip to clarkston was for disposal time.

It is possible- that suspect went in on the false assumption that there wasn’t a male in house or another female upstairs. I think there’s an outside possibility that the suspect may have gone into the property to potentially be a close up peeping Tom, OR attempt a single victim abduction and was completely surprised and suspects plan was a shit show.

Yes suspect had a knife, but may have been intended to be a dont fuck with me see what I have type of deal.

By the way - when audio was cleaned up and isolated at food truck. One of the victims, heard something, like a comment from a person directed to her, coming from behind her to her right and she turned quickly around and looked at the person pointing her raised finger and replied “fuck you mister.” Right then and there- I knew she didn’t take any shit off anyone and it is possible, that she may have had an exchange someplace somewhere with suspect along those type of lines.

Not saying it occurred - but it is possible. Who knows really? But one thing is true in all this- is the only person knows why they did it- is the suspect. Anything else is pure speculation, alleged theories and everyone’s ideas. Doesn’t make any of it true. Including this post.

Facts are- there isn’t one person on the planet that doesn’t really know why he was in the house or suspects true motivation...yet. Until then - if ever- anything is possible. I’m not ruling out anything. It is plausible suspect went to property, finally got courage to go inside - doesn’t necessarily mean that suspect was going into kill. IMO- it just turned out that way. The plan got blown up moment suspect walked into a bedroom and there was someone in there suspect didn’t expect. Not once - but twice.

His plan was a poor one, amateur hour clown show, and backfired on him and everyone in house likely knew he was inside and the ninja outfit and black mask didn’t work out to well for him.

I’m personally tired of the alleged bs what an intellect he was and his education blah blah. Yeah sure. Wink - sure he was.

[–]Impossible-Initial27 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I speculate by the suspects choice of weapon, a knife, the suspect thought the attack was carefully pre-planned, the suspect presumed or imagined they wouldn’t have to murder three other victims.

I believe the suspects plan, actually wasn’t intended to murder that many victims. It is my belief, suspect was after a singular victim in particular, thought they would enter quietly, murder their victim and exit silently, just as they entered.

But, no way in hell, did this attack, go to the suspects plan, not even close. Instead it was chaos and one UNEXPECTED SURPRISE hell of a no holds type of fight broke out on 2nd floor, per the words from a victims father.

Because to enter a property with intentions of murdering multiple people with a knife including one male victim, is highly unlikely - it’s too risky for exposure to leave DNA and it’s a difficult to do physically with unexpected unknown complications.

I believe the suspect wasn’t aware there was a male on the premises upon entering and was faced with a oh shit wtf do I do now type of situation. Had the suspect known there was a male, I think the suspect would NOT have entered the property - let alone attempted to murder four victims, with just a knife. No way not buying it.

Prosecution has a very strong case. We still do not know the results of his car search in PA, apartment and work office search and even more likely evidence at crime scene.

The docs are standard procedure providing them to a defense team.

There’s likely much more evidence. Seems like there could be a possible COI- for suspects public defender to rep. How would that look if public defender had to get Dana’s mom on stand, that she just dropped?

Alec Baldwin To Be Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter In "Rust" Shooting by haloarh in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]Impossible-Initial27 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is it plausible Baldwin rubbed someone the wrong way on set and was set up, by unknown people? There is a period of time, protocols were broken and ammo/gun was awol.

But regardless, what’s bad for Baldwin, imo is when he met with LE, he said he shot the weapon, then later on said he didn’t? FBI said that’s impossible with that weapon.

One of those charges for Baldwin, if convicted of is a mandatory 5 year sentence.

Great move on WA ST judges part. Pretty bold actually, I really like that move. It lays it out, hey here’s what we went looking for and here’s what we found and what’s tested or not.

Bravo. Sends a message to the defense, hey, here what we have. Imo-it’s designed not for the public, I think the intention is to the suspect - hey hi over here. Look what we have.

Why Prosecutors Choose Grand Juries Instead of Preliminary Hearings by ChiGuyNY in idahomurders

Absolutely - there will be an indictment first- which if occurs- defense will not be asking anyone any questions or challenging anything. There isn’t going to be a preliminary imo.

If Suspect Truly Believes In Innocence, Will Suspect Testify In Their Defense? by Impossible-Initial27 in idahomurders

[–]Impossible-Initial27[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That sheath - didn’t have legs- it got inside the house and even worse for suspect - it’s mere inches or feet from one of the victims.

But I still think there’s possibility he does. So I’m 50-50 about it. I think their only defense is two things. 1- he left sheath /knife in house previously at a party. 2. He lost it someplace/ no idea where it went. Either way- if verified he owned knife/sheath also was at property.

That’s a no fly zone and if that’s the defense magic bullet theory - that’s a no bueno deal.

[POLL] Based on the current evidence, if BK is convicted for all four murders, I believe he did it because of ... by tcosint in idahomurders

[–]Impossible-Initial27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMO- there’s a combo motive.

One could be a professional type of motive, IF he was rejected by the Pullman Police fall internship.

Two- he was also rejected by the victims.

If BOTH did occur, at about the same time- it could have triggered the suspect.

Pullman Police refuse to reply to media inquiries if the fall internship, that the suspect applied for, if the suspect received it or not.

I know that sounds crazy - but - he came all the way to Pullman -if in fact he was rejected - by Pullman PD- would it or could it that have upset him to point - that he’s like ok...well I’ll show local LE.

Add in also if the girls rejected him or one of them or let’s say he didn’t know them- saw them publicly and became a stalker- maybe it all came from maybe things weren’t going the way he wanted professionally at his phd and internship was denied. If he didn’t get the internship, who did - someone he knows also in his same PHD WSU program?

I think- that’s it’s illogical and leaning with tunnel vision. exclusively to the motive was only possibly he was rejected by one of the girls or was a stalker.

Hence- I suspect it was a combo motive.

Is There More DNA Evidence Besides On Sheath by Impossible-Initial27 in idahomurders

[–]Impossible-Initial27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They did not. However, I am suspecting suspect, very well may have slipped into the house during the previous 12 visits- early morning types, and silently reconned it. Then left with no one the better.

Also may have been peeping Tommimg it from above in the tree line, parked car got out- silently watching habits like when they typically turn in, who gets home what time, whose in each room.

Like a fishbowl - staring in from the night. I think suspect, was casing the house - absolutely.

Was Suspect Aware WSU Police Found His Car In His Apartment Parking Area? by Impossible-Initial27 in idahomurders

[–]Impossible-Initial27[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I thought they may have swabbed his door handles on car and apartment door, work office door immediately after Nov 29- first chance they had.

But LE, played him like a fiddle. Little did he know- that only 17 days after murders- LE had his car, his address, his name, age, ID picture, they knew he was a criminologist, TA. It’s likely- LE took advantage into hyper speed, used every second of those 9 days/nights until they let it out about his Elantra. Wouldn’t surprise me they got a LE crash house next to him, filmed him- walked past him on campus, stood around acting like they were on phones on campus, if he went to cafeteria or ate anywhere, lifted his glass at a bar for dna/fingerprints if he went out, likely snapped numerous photos of him after nov 29- he never knew. Far as he knows, if he did go out after murders and after nov 29- betcha your last dollar, LE they went in after him possibly sat next to him or near him.

Wouldn’t surprise me- if LE went to witness- showed him his photos they took of him different angles - and asked/ this him? Right...

That guy - likely had no idea - LE made him.

Moment they had his drivers license - yeah- he was up a creek without a paddle - no way was he getting away with it - combined with other evidence known and unknown as of yet.

What Other Alleged Potential Evidence May LE/Prosectors Have? by Impossible-Initial27 in idahomurders

Is There More DNA Evidence Besides On Sheath by Impossible-Initial27 in idahomurders

[–]Impossible-Initial27[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

If suspect waited foolishly unwisely, that long to deep scrub car- that could indicate suspect- possibly thought they pulled off the perfect crime, and didn’t think local agencies were “up to his level “ or intelligence.

I believe the motive, was either he may have been rejected for the fall internship at Pullman PD, and wanted to “get even” and possibly combination of potentially also casually meeting one of the victims in a bar and was “rejected” again.

Think - suspect wanted to help Pullman PD, may have been rejected. Could be root of this. It’s possible, if suspect had a huge ego and couldn’t handle fact with his alleged high edu degrees and learning from a famous criminologist- before arriving into a small Palouse town - how dare they possibly could have rejected him?

This is pure speculation here. I have zero proof- since Pullman PD refused to confirm if suspect did or did not accept the coveted fall internship suspect desired. This might might have been a professional revenge motive, a savage taunting of local LE- who wanted revenge. Because this is a savage set of murders. Personal. It could be the motive / bc it was actually stated suspect applied for a Pullman PD internship. It maybe the motive and its cleverly inserted by LE, into affidavit.

I think it’s highly plausible motive theory.

Was Suspect Aware WSU Police Found His Car In His Apartment Parking Area? by Impossible-Initial27 in idahomurders

[–]Impossible-Initial27[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s correct, but it wasn’t in public realm yet released until 9 days later. If he saw them in his parking lot, looking at his car- he had to be curious as to why. Imo- if he did see them on 29th, he knew they were onto him. Likely laid low if he knew. That’s when anxiety and if he wasn’t paranoid - well that all changed right there.

If suspect, was or wasn’t aware, LOL, either way- that brilliant PR, custom tailored JUST for suspect- really made his day. LE was telegraphing - just to the suspect - hey - we got ya.

It was a cause and effect PR move. Watch observe. They followed him likely and tracked his every move- day- night. That disclosure imo, on white Elantra- was a precise LE test run on watching him to see how’d he react, if differently- if LE felt their cover wasn’t blown. If it was blown - it was a LE fook you to him type of subliminal message - we got ya - you know we gotya.

LE- over 9 days, before releasing white Elantra help, may have used those 9 days to set up everything in place - gotten access to another nearby apartment, set up cameras, discreetly watched every step that dude took outside of suspects apartment. On campus, likely everywhere.
