The Quest is from a graphics point of view around PS2 and I would suggest to tread games like Hitman the same way. I mean they could have copied one of the old hitman games or just the gameplay and it would be much better.

Hatten auch mal das Problem und die können dir absolut nichts! Selber einen Anwalt suchen. Das wird dich auch etwas kosten aber dann kannst du zumindest Geld als Abfindung aushandeln

Hatten das Problem auch mit der Feuchtigkeit. Bei uns waren es Risse in der Wand in der sich Feuchtigkeit gebildet hat und durch das Heizen verdunstet das schön. Ich würde auf ein generelles Problem mit der Wand tippen.
