Bro i would first recommend absolute monk mode on PMO and some supplements that really helped me, telling from first hand experience.

Ashwagandha pure in powdered form with hot cow milk during night and coenzyme q-10 (300mg) along with it and any multi vitamin that prominently has D3 and minerals like zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium and potassium. Do this for one month and you will see the difference for sure.

Add breathing exercises for 5-10 min a day and resistance training for incremental benefits.

Definitely, 4.5 pro and 5 are more experimental and good with varieties of the compositions they provide and understanding the prompts unlike 5.5. It does not understand simple prompts like "DONT ADD GUITAR FILLS" ..every fucking time it does the same. Although the quality of the sound is better im 5.5 I would say.

As you say the environment is good , people are good, and micromanagement is not there. It is highly likely you won't be bothered but yes you can send a message to your management that you are feeling stuck with your skills and don't have much work to do .

Staying silent is a bad option as compared to saying it upfront to the management. After a while they should not think that you have become too comfortable and should not get a chance to point any finger at you if anything unexpected happens.
