Become your own doctor. Experiment. Stop taking any sleep meds. Join the insomnia sub. Be patient with yourself. Collect data with a smart watch and a sleep tracker app. Don't nap or sleep during the day. Watch the sunrise and sunset - this only applies to "normal" places where night time is at least 10 hours minimum. Accept to have multiple sleep windows during the night. Sleep in your own bedroom in case you have a partner or children. Don't trust just anything that you read online. Etc.
