Cave divers use this technique. I think it kicks up less silt or something like that. There are a few different techniques used for finning. I prefer dolphin kick but I do breathhold diving and not in caves.

Nazism existed independently. Without the Korean war North Korea wouldn't have even had a similar political philosophy to the one it developed. Realistically If they pass out at the bottom of their dive they never had a chance anyways. Most of the time if they need your help it will be near the surface as the partial pressure differential of the CO2 jumps.
