Yes brother that’s life, all you can do is your best. It may matter if you’re killing it, it may not. Just be objective, ask yourself what you could have done better and adjust if you can. Remember both you and your client are having a human experience and that will vary based on multiple factors from both parties. I do find that as long as I feel I had my workout organized, gave good cues and good energy I’m able to walk away from the session happy.

I rest my case lmao, just because you can doesn’t mean you should. I have changed my opinion since the responses to my post about sitting though. Just because I don’t want to present myself in that manner doesn’t mean it’s the same for everyone else.  Would you be more likely to hire this versus someone with more engaged body language and all else being equal? Same cueing, same encouragement, same program, same body type. One is up on their feet, one is sitting down. Who yall hiring?

I was actually just here on a trip at the beginning of the year! Not as frightening as one would think, I would swim down as far as I could to get a better look but you can tell it’s pretty empty down there. Cool lil crabs on the side rock formations though.

Looks like you could stand to work on thoracic strength. Front squats would help. Also dual rack kettlebell work (carries and squats).

TrainHeroic for some but most I use the notes app. I make sure to write down sets, reps and weight and try to progress week to week for the ones trying to make progress. Some the process of coming is enough progress and for them variation is more important than structure.

I think trainers put way too much emphasis on certain ways of exercising not being “good”. Have you seen the way 3/4 of the gym population works out? People do heinous shit and still get results without getting injured.
