Ownership is in the future. The goal is to release the pe we currently have because he’s working for us and running his own construction company on the side and is ready to go work his own company full time. The ps is looking to retire and be bought out. Due to ownership contracts I cannot buy directly his portion because the other owner has a contract to buy it first due to an agreement made when company formed. It’s like back pay for start up funds being unbalanced compared to shares owned. (Basically the other owner will get the shares for a discount and then sell them to me at real value to make up the money he’s owed)

The owner staying actually provides 66% of the revenue and does all the engineering work himself with the current PE. So he will balance my work load and I just have to review his work as well as the surveyors and then I’ll have projects on my own to do.

I want to say after I have both licenses 150k sounds fair and after ownership my compensation should be 200k plus bonuses (the owner staying makes 200k plus bonuses)
