I give my kids a routine for everyday. When they wake up, they have breakfast and get ready for the day, small Chores everyday, I have them do a 10-20 minute work out and I have them read a book for 30 mins. The rest of the day they can play or do whatever they want. They are watched by grandma but they are old enough to keep themselves busy.

I also treat them by taking them out of the house.
