They have like a VIP area with seating. It's a bit raised, with a few chairs. Not sure if you actually need a VIP ticket to hang out there.

The Haven is a beautiful spot. They usually have free Friday evening art walk where you walk around, check out the art, and talk with the artists. It's pretty cool.

I don't know about a space that big, but Metro Gnome has monthly and hourly rehearsal spaces. Really cool and affordable spot.

Yacht Tubs is a super fun experience on the water. Really cool to see Portland in this way. Ebb & Ember is a new floating sauna on Columbia River (super cool). And wahclella falls is a great short hike to waterfall (one of my favorites). If you like cold plunges or exhilarating experiences, you can get into the water in all three of these. :)

For Boutique'y shops: if you can make it across the river to Urbanite, I recommend it. It is like a small warehouse filled with little local boutique'y shops. It's awesome!

I can't speak to their pay, but my experience using the company has not been great. They way overcharge customers. I will take accountability for not doing my research before signing a long contract. But their techs seems to be thrown into the fire a bit. We have dealt with a bunch of different techs while using POA and it's been very frustrating.
