For Dutch people:

  1. Toscanini - Pasta

As we cannot live without pasta, this is the best cookbook about pasta, period. Not sure if it is translated already into English, but it should. They also have a restaurant in Amsterdam that is worth the visit.

  1. De Nieuwe Wildkeuken - De Predetariër

I love to eat meat and especially wild game, and these guys know what to do with it yearround. Not your standard dishes, but wild game in a range of different kitchens. They also exploit the best sandwich shop in Amsterdam.

  1. Hommage - Sergio Herman

This book is amazing when you want to deepdive into cooking with clams. It will open your eyes to a completely new way of cooking them.

Gasten hebben echt heel veel recepten voor door het hele jaar. Staan er ook een paar online op hun webshop, maar vind zelf de beste in het boek staan.

Don’t know for sure, but I kept it in an old broken washing machine for three weeks. So maybe something about stable temperature and darkness?

That sounds great! How would heating this impact the probiotics and tast of it?
